Fogelberg A+B, Burlington Public Library

Fogelberg B + C is a combined space within the Fogelberg Area, which has sliding partitions to divide the space and will comfortably hold about 60 individuals. 

Meeting rooms are available to individuals and groups for civic, educational, philanthropic, and recreational purposes. Please review our Meeting Room Policy for a complete list of rules and procedures as they related to your booking.

Meeting rooms cannot be used for:

  • entrepreneurial or commercial purposes
  • fundraising
  • political campaign purposes

Summary of rules for room use:

  • All meetings must be open and free of charge to the public.
  • Occupancy limits must be followed.
  • Meetings must stay contained within the reserved space.
  • Light refreshments are allowed and must be contained to reserved space. Meals and heated foods are not allowed.
  • Moving partitions in any manner is strictly prohibited.
  • Staff are not available for any support, maintenance, or technology troubleshooting of the meeting rooms.
  • Meeting room space must be restored to its prior condition by the conclusion of the reserved time.
  • Review our Meeting Room Policy for a complete list of rules and procedures.

Audio-Visual Equipment

This space has a wall-mounted screen and an in-room audio system available for public use. Note that staff are not available to troubleshoot or repair any non-functioning equipment during a reserved meeting time. Make yourself familiar with how to use the equipment with our online guide; you can also request a time to review the technology in person by contacting the Library's Administrative Assistant at 781-270-1738. Meeting rooms are available 15 minutes after the Library opens and must be vacated 30 minutes prior to the Library closing. When filling out the form, please provide as much information as possible to help our staff when reviewing your request.

The Fogelberg Area is the combined space of Fogelberg A, B and C which can accommodate up to 100 people.

Fogelberg C is one of three rooms (Fogelberg A, B and C) within the Fogelberg Area, which has sliding partitions to divide the space into as many as three smaller rooms that will each comfortably hold about 30 individuals.  To request a combined space to accommodate up to 60 people (two combined rooms within the Fogelberg Area) or up to 100 people (three rooms combined), please note the total number of attendees when placing your request.

Meeting rooms are available to individuals and groups for civic, educational, philanthropic, and recreational purposes. Please review our Meeting Room Policy for a complete list of rules and procedures as they related to your booking.

This conference room on the Library's second floor is appropriate for use by groups of up to 10 people. Small inviting space with a chalkboard and pull down screen.  No audio visual equipment is provided.
