Join us at the library with a local divination expert to learn how to read tarot and to discover the rich, cultural history of this practice!

Special guest Jezmina Von Thiele (they/she) will guide participants through the history of the Romani people and their connection to tarot. Jezmina is a generational fortune teller in their mixed Romani tradition, and will share history, practices, and lead the group through some intuitive tarot reading. Their book, The Secrets of Romani Fortune Telling, co-authored with Paulina Stevens, will be available for purchase after the event. 

If you have a favorite tarot deck and notebook, please bring that along; the library will also have tarot cards to share as well as paper and pens.
