Chef – Shane Queiros

Legal Sea Foods Executive Chef, Shane Queiros is a self-motivated Chef who leads by example. With 20+ years of experience in managing kitchen staff and an extensive background in menu planning/preparation, and innovative recipe development. He is an energetic team player who is skilled at identifying more efficient and effective processes for kitchen operations and guest satisfaction. Shane is an area manager, overseeing the kitchen operations for seven restaurant locations. He is well-versed with current food regulations, culinary and nutrition principles.

 This is a potluck event as mentioned in M.G.L. Chapter 94, Section 328A. Neither the food nor the facilities have been inspected by the state or a local public health department.
