Have you ever had a negative shopping experience? Find out how to resolve your shopping issues. Robin Putnam, Events and Outreach Manager from the Office of Consumer Affairs & Business Regulation, will discuss support for consumers regarding warranties, return policies, defective merchandise, pricing discrepancies, shopping online and through mail or television.
