Dr. Theodore Zwang, an Assistant Professor of Neurology at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School, will present critical distinctions between healthy aging and Alzheimer’s disease and tackle widespread myths and misconceptions that often blur the line between the two. He will provide a clear overview of the normal cognitive changes that come with aging, while highlighting the warning signs of Alzheimer’s that should not be ignored. By debunking common misbeliefs, he hopes to equip the audience with the knowledge to better understand aging, the ability to recognize early signs of Alzheimer’s, and ways to promote overall brain health as they grow older.
Registration is encouraged to ensure a seat, but drop-ins are welcome.
